Method of Payment
Silkberry Baby uses PayPal for easy, secure ecommerce transactions. Just follow the checkout procedure on our website and automatically link to PayPal. You do not need to create PayPal account for the payment. If you have an account, just login when you are redirected from our website.
For wholesalers, please contact us for the other payment methods.
We must receive all funds prior to orders being shipped.
Shipping Method
Most of our products will be shipped from Vancouver, BC via Canada Post within 2-3 business days. If we cannot fulfill your order in this time frame, we will contact you by email to let you know. All orders will receive a confirmation email to notify you that your products have been shipped out. Please allow time for customs clearance when shipping to the USA. Taxes are not charged on goods that are shipped outside of Canada. Any import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International customers will be contacted with the best shipping rates possible. If you would like to know the shipping rate prior to purchasing on-line, please email us with your address and what you would like to purchase. We will email you with the best rate.
Return and Exchange Policies
We believe our products are of premium quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send items back to the return address on your invoice within 14 days in their original unused condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If the size is wrong, products can be exchanged within 14 days in their original unused condition as well. It's our priority to provide good customer service. Please feel free to send us an email with any concerns or questions.
Refund Policy
After we receive the returned items, we will credit the appropriate amount within 10 business days and send you a confirmation email.
